GREEN FOREST, AR — I’m heading back to Arizona after spending almost a month in Nashville, and the Thanksgiving holidays back in Chicago with my mom, Catherine.
She is truly the Light of my life. It is an honor to be her son.
I had the pleasure of meeting a cousin, Amanda Abraham, daughter of my father’s brother, uncle Zen. A beautiful young woman, and a kindred spirit.

Amanda: A bright star in her own right.
It was a delight to meet Amanda, particularly in watching how, as time passed, the nervousness melted away and we both felt comfortable to look each other in the eye as we spoke.
She reminds me of my daughter, Ashleigh, who is in California and around the same age. I called her and introduced the two, who were unaware of the other’s existence. Perhaps they’ll meet soon.
Came across this picture at Mom’s. These are my progeny, Adam II, and Ashleigh. I’ll have more to share at another time.
One of our “Dad” weekends in Southern California
I also visited Don Murphy, who was my first roommate in college, at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He contacted me via Facebook just as I was walking out the door to hit the road that began this journey two months ago. At that time I hadn’t intended on going east.
First visits in 44 years.
This journey has been about water, connections, and relationships.
The top picture comes from the first stop I made after leaving Chicago, at a farm near Tampico, IL, which also happens to be the birthplace of Ronald Reagan. I didn’t know he was a fellow “Illinoisian.”

Ronald Reagan’s birthplace was upstairs to the left of the green sign.
I visited the farm because it is the location of a Rainmaker™ water transformation device. This installation was on a corn field, and had been placed at the tail end of the 2013 growing season.

Rainmaker in the field, ready to make a difference.
While the farmer believes that he has too little data and experience to conclusively assert that the Rainmaker accounted for any significant changes in the three weeks prior to shutting down for last year, he is poised to add them to his 15 other pivots next year, as well as sell the units to the many other farmers who are pivot owners that he knows.
He permitted me to photograph and shoot video about the device at the site, which I will add here when it is complete. It’s fairly short, at less than 9 minutes run-time. I spoke mostly of the boost in efficiency, i.e., the ability to get more done with less water, which is taken up a huge notch when the Rainmaker is brought into the picture.
This is important to me, a “city boy,” because the farming business has turned into an industry that produces “food” that doesn’t contain any appreciable, or sufficient nutritional content. This includes the dairy industry. We are a nation of malnourished people, fed beautiful looking food products, that are deficient where it actually matters, i.e., in its ability to sustain health and life.
Rainmaker technology dramatically increases the amount of mineral nutrients that are soluble, meaning present and available in, and deliverable through water. Installation and proliferation of these large units will mean substantial increases in nutrient density in the food supply, ultimately meaning better nourished, and consequently, healthier people.

Bringing new life (to the water) on a vintage pivot.
If the first installation (in Pritchett, Colorado) is any indication, this will be achieved with far less water being used, with corresponding reductions in fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. Add to that higher and denser yields, and the Rainmaker will actually increase a farmer’s profitability while increasing the health and well-being of the people who buy his crops.
NONE, and I do mean NONE of the longstanding debates and dialogues concerning the “Affordable Care Act,” a.k.a., “Obamacare,” makes any provisions for enhancing the actual health of the population. Its only concern is getting more people, young people who won’t “tax” the system (yet), enrolled and paying premiums. It’s a convoluted way to pay for the expected and projected continued increases in disease.
It would also represent a financial windfall for the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industrial complex, and everyone who makes a living off current treatment methods.
The expectations are reasonable considering current and predominant methods and practices that corrupt and compromise natural ones. From before birth, the human is traumatized, stressed, and fed various toxic substances under the guise of “protecting” us from future “diseases,” when in fact, they increase the likelihood of contracting said conditions.

No “resting,” but great peace.
I learned of Nelson Mandela’s passing while driving to St. Louis, where I stopped for the night after the snow began to fall. For all the celebration of his life, it’s sad how few of the celebrants have adopted or emulated the example that he set.
There remains great belief in “false idols” such as guns, bombs, drones, prescription drugs, and other forms of forceful interchange.
Having never stayed in St. Louis before, I had to visit the Gateway Arch before leaving town.
It was beautiful, even on a somewhat monochromatic winter morning.

A majestic structure on the Mississippi.
Here’s the view of downtown St. Louis and the Jefferson Memorial.

Riverboat Cruise ships docked on the Mississippi River for the winter.
Not long after leaving town, the snows from Winter Storm Cleon were, in places, transforming the interstate into a part-time ice rink.
Nonetheless, I made it to Green Forest, Arkansas safely, although after all that, I was unable to negotiate the final distance of the driveway to the home where I’d stay. We fiddled and fiddled, and managed to come uncomfortably close to the barbed wire fence before calling it a night.
Free again to roam again.
Fortunately, we straightened it the next morning and I parked it down by the entrance.
Now I’m about to continue my journey, even before talking about the stay, but that’s life.
Enjoy this picture of a unicorn that we encountered until I can return to share more. :-)

Sighted in an Arkansas winter wonderland.

Did you know that your cousin has acted in two very degrading pornographic scenes for the website ghettogaggers.com under the name “Anomaly Jane”? A quick google search will reveal how she has shamed her family and black people in general as that site promotes racism and violence towards black women. I wonder if that makes you feel any differently about her.
How would you know? Must be a wanker! It’s not degrading when your slapping your meat to it.
I admittedly enjoy watching pornography. I’m thankful that there are women willing to create it for my satisfaction even if it’s at the expense of their human dignity or is the result of any number of unfortunate circumstances. I’d hate for anyone in my family to be a participant in it and have minimal respect for those that are. That said, I’m happy to let whores be whores as I’m not in the business of trying to control what anyone else does.
Hey ‘Ned Turner’ (probably not even your real name),
Awww, you are the very definition of the word “pathetic coward”. Seriously, get some help.
Your comments scream of “I’m a mysogynist who has a Napoleon complex and can’t get laid, so I take it out on people for no reason in order to make myself feel better.”
The fact that you would take the time to look up someone whom you don’t even know personally and the take the time to “expose” them and brand them as something says volumes about you as a person and your sick, sad, pathetic existence. Secondly, how much time do you have on your hands? Do you even have a life or family or loved ones of your own? Probably not. How do you even know that this is the same person that modeled for the site (which is irrelevant anyway), considering that there are millions of porn videos uploaded on a daily basis since the internet’s existence?
Third, your comment has absolutely nothing to do with the outpouring of love and familial bonds that are expressed in this blog post- which tells me that you must have some sort of personal vendetta against the blogger. Sad.
The site you speak of (whom you probably work for or have invested stock in) is not even worth mentioning, as there are a number of reasons why someone may or may not engage in pornography. If you are a knowledgeable person, you would know that one who engages in pornography says nothing about their personality. Maybe if you weren’t beating off to porn and spreading lies about people, you would actually have a family life of your own to speak of. Seriously, do the world a favor and kill yourself- the world would be so much better off without scumbags like you.
The subjects you investigate and inform us about are so deeply connected to human well-being, but you write in such an endearing homey fashion that it makes me feel personally connected to you in a very deep way as well. That is such a beautiful photo of your and your children. Thank you for sharing your journey and insights.
Thank YOU for enjoying them! :-)
Wow, what an adventure! I know that there will be many fireside chats to enjoy! Looking forward to hearing them all! Thank you for D’oing!
good to see you had such a wonderful trip. Sorry you couldn’t have included Montgomery….Merry Christmas to you and Della.
