Can’t quite remember how I found this link, but I was curious. I don’t recall ever taking an IQ test, but couldn’t resist this invitation.

The term “IQ” stands for Intelligence Quotient, and is believed to measure one’s knowledge and reasoning skills. Taking this test, it also measured persistence, patience, and determination. One could easily have simply decided, “I don’t know the answer,” made a guess and moved on to the next. One of the questions was in the form of an anagram, which took some time to finally get the correct re-arrangement, but was not overly difficult otherwise.

Yet, it’s fitting, because patience and determination are integral aspects of intelligent behavior.

Be forewarned that there’s a subscription situation lurking behind this “free” IQ test, so I decided to subscribe, do the test, and then immediately unsubscribed once I got the results.
