I’ve had my nose to the grindstone over the past week, filled with more activity than I’ve had time to write about. I’m not complaining because in fact, I’m enjoying the journey, arduous as it may be.
Right after receiving the shipment of Understanding MMS: Conversations with Jim Humble, I journeyed back to Hermosillo, Mexico at Jim Humble’s request, to videotape a panel discussion on MMS that was conducted at the University of Sonora.
On the panel was:
- Dr. Hector Francisco Romero, who wrote the foreword for Jim’s book, and runs a clinic that treats acute diseases with non-toxic modalities, including MMS
- Antonio Romo Paz, professor of biology at the University, who used MMS on an inmate at the local prison who had tuberculosis. (I don’t know if the man is still in jail, but he doesn’t have TB anymore.)
- Clara Beltrones, who handle’s MMS production and distribution in Mexico, and
- Jim Humble
The panel discussion was well received, although the only speech that I understood was Jim Humble. Everything else was spoken in Spanish. Clara interpreted Jim’s contribution into Spanish for the audience.
I videotaped this 50 minute discussion.
I also videotaped a technique that Jim wanted to introduce to the public, which he calls, neuro-kinesiology. I’m going to leave it at that for the moment because the tape is still “in the can.” I will say that the intent behind what I’ll call this “cognitive energy protocol” is to facilitate a reconnection between the individual and his or her body in order to accelerate healing.
We also did two “question and answer” sessions. Since many readers submit questions about MMS to this blog, I took the opportunity to ask Jim. (This is while a birthday party for his assistant boiled and brewed in the background.)
The next day, just before returning home, I videotaped Jim giving another set of answers to questions on a broad set of subjects, from “what is MMS” and “getting started,” to MMS and cancer and chemotherapy, asthma and respiratory issues, overdosing, and many more. In all, it covered over 20 separate subjects.
Between printing shipping labels to send out the DVD (fortunately, I have help with packing), I’ll be inputting this footage into my system today and preparing it. You’ll see it appear soon on a number of web sites that offer MMS.
More on Chlorine Dioxide on Talk For Food
While I was gone I was contacted by the founder and director of PlanetThrive.com. She said that there is much fear and concern about the safety of MMS. I guess that’s just an indicator of growing interest. The tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people who are experiencing beneficial results from reducing their toxic, microbial, and parasitic load with MMS certainly aren’t afraid of it. But there’s clearly a need to educate the MMS “newbies” and quell their fears.
That, in large part, is why I produced the documentary, and why I print shipping labels like there’s no tomorrow. But in addition to the videos that I mentioned above, there’s a need for others to step forward and share their understanding about chlorine dioxide, and what it does. When you KNOW what it does naturally, fear is the last thing that you’ll feel.
To that end, my guest on this week’s edition of Talk for Food is Howard Alliger, president of Frontier Pharmaceutical, of Melville, NY. I stumbled upon this company’s web site a few months ago, as I researched chlorine dioxide. Turns out that the company produces an entire line of health care products that feature chlorine dioxide as their central feature. Click here to listen to this interview.
I was surprised to learn that the company has been researching and developing health care products for consumers using chlorine dioxide for over 20 years. They have faced the same challenges that are being addressed on a larger scale today: public ignorance of chlorine dioxide, and disinterest (if not intransigence) by larger pharmaceutical companies to embrace what is clearly a more effective way to address everything from oral care (toothpaste and mouthwash), to skin (acne and toenail fungus), to acute care (burns), and even for pets.
We are used to what we are used to, even when what we are used to doesn’t serve our best interests. We still allow our prostates to be removed, breasts to be removed, in spite of massive evidence that reducing toxicity and restoring alkalinity will actually help the body normalize itself.
We take toxic chemicals to “kill” germs, when in fact, they feed them. We do it because that’s what we’ve told should be done. That’s what the commercials tell us to do when we have a problem. The commercials don’t tell you that even if you get “temporary relief,” the problem will not have been solved.
Yet, when truly problem solving modalities surface, we get alarmed and afraid. What’s up with that?! We plow deeper into the tried, familiar, and ineffective, until it is clear to us they are taking us closer to the abyss. Frankly, if that’s where we want to go, then the option will always be there. But let’s stop fooling ourselves — and being fooled — about their effectiveness. They are not.
I’m glad I started writing today, as I’ve been overdue. It is heart warming to see all the places where these DVDs are going… Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Belgium, Mexico, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Estonia, so far.
MMS is not THE “cure all”. But it should be understood, not feared.
