Everything is energy, and therefore, is energetic. Problem is, we tend to consider only the energetics of what we see, feel, or taste, when energy encompasses far more than that. It’s hard to have intelligent conversations about things we cannot see with people who refuse to acknowledge their influence, such as the effects that a word spoken, or a particular pattern of thinking can have on health and well-being. It’s easy to dismiss when there’s no “proof.”
