Health Canada Shuts Down MMS Operations for Edmonton Supplier
EDMONTON, AB (September 25, 2008) — One of the worse things that any MMS producer wants to hear receive is that phone call, or letter from Big Fed, ordering them to cease operations. On Tuesday, that phone call came to Subtle Energy Therapy, followed up yesterday by the letter.
Stating that they received one complaint about the 28% (22.4% effective) sodium chlorite solution, now known around the world as the Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS), and noting that it did not have a Drug Identification Number (DIN), Health Canada ordered Subtle Energy Therapy, located in Edmonton, and perhaps the largest MMS producer in the country, to cease selling the product in Canada and on its web site, www.subtleenergytherapy.com.
This decision affects the lives of thousands who have experienced genuine benefit from this ingenious use of simple chemistry, a point apparently missed, or not deemed significant by Health Canada.
Denis Korski who, along with Robert Tayler, runs Subtle Energy Therapy, noted that there are over 75,000 products and/or substances that are classified as drugs, that do not have DINs, but have not been singled out by Health Canada. On the other hand, there are likely thousands more that have garnered not only complaints, but have precipitated unnecessary death, but because they do have DIN’s, which cost million$ to obtain, they gain the “protection” at the peril of public health.
As fate would have it, I arrived at SET’s offices not too long after the letter from Health Canada, which is Canada’s counterpart to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States. I met Denis a year ago, after publishing Transdermal Magnesium Therapy. Subtle Energy has been selling magnesium chloride for over ten years. Discovering a book on the wonders of magnesium, and its availability in a form that could be absorbed through the skin, was, for him, a Godsend.
They began selling MMS after learning about it in October 2007. They were not new to the concept. According to Tayler, “It was a no brainer.” They had been using and selling a “stabilized oxygen” product, which they call Oxygen Plus, for ten years. They understood how it worked in lower concentrations, and were elated to see what the “pumped up” version developed by Jim Humble, could do.
The company has shipped product throughout Canada, the U.S., and around the world, working with a number of agencies in Africa, some of whom produce and distribute MMS, along with documentary Understanding MMS: Conversations with Jim Humble, to locals. They have testimonials from people, now friends from around Canada and abroad, who have overcome ailments that had persisted, in some cases, for decades. Now, they must cease production and selling of MMS in Canada, to protect the rest of their business, which includes selling magnesium products, and offering energetic (local and long distance) healing services using a Vibra Scan 1100 energy assessment device. Their services also include homeopathy, acupuncture, kinesiology, and Reiki.
I recorded a conversation with Robert Tayler on some of the notable stories of success from contact with MMS users. Click here to listen.
My next Talk for Food show will cover this story with Robert and Denis Korski.

December 27, 2010 at 8:48 am
Absolutely… from the same people referred to in the article that were shut down. They’ve resumed selling it. Give them a call.

Hi Adam.
The last e mail JIm send out, he wrote , that MMS reacts with the amino acids, but he never explained how is this reaction, or what it means, is this good thing, or it dont matter, or what is the short and long term effects of it?
As I understand the amino acids make up the DNA, and Jim did say that it did not split the DNA apart.
But could you, or Jim explain more about this, I m sure that I m not the only one, but many people would want to know.

Hi Adam.
When I buy gas at the gas station the gas has some kind of cleaning product in it, it’s supposed to give us better miles, but I think it is not very good for the environment. I noticed this the first time they started using it, I dont know how many years ago.
And I was thinking that Maybe MMS would be a better gas cleaner, and would be better for the environment and maybe would get even better miles per gallon. And would be also cheaper.
Would you ask Jim, if he ever tried MMS activated, or not activated in his gas tank, or anybody ever tried it?

Hey there Gil,
I’m going to see Jim again in a couple weeks. That’s a fascinating question! We’ll see what he says.

Adam…

i am amazed at the repressevness of our government agencies, and that big business can
dictate policy to force competition out of business.
maybe i am too gullable to believe this could happen in CANADA

yes, I agree let us buy the water purification system. That is Not Illegal. I have benefited by the product and wish others could do so and purchase in Canada with excellent service I received from Subtle Energies. Thanks so much! good luck!

I am interested in your water purification system. Wink wink. It really sucks that most of the natural products I use are not available in Canada. It is very expensive for me to order there. I have pretty much healed myself of most of my ailments and weaned myself off drugs. I still have this nasty sinus problem that wont go away. I have been keeping it under control with sinus rinces but it never quite goes away. I at least have not had to take any antibiotics for it this year. I am hoping your product will take care of that for me.

Hi Shelley,
See the new article I just posted, with a podcast to my interview with Clayton Nolte, and a short video. There’s also a link to the site where you can purchase a structured water unit. I just ran some out the tap and tested it with a pH meter, and it is right around 7.5-7.6 where Clayton said it would be. I will soon post the video of the same podcast, but the information is available now. I will also do a follow-on interview with him this weekend before he leaves Arizona.
Best wishes,
Adam…

Hi Shelly,
Did you ever try Oil of Oregano (1:1) for the sinus problem ?
p.s. I have seen oil of oregano work for sinus issues.
I have also seen MMS work to cure cancer !

Another point to add - water purification is a major issue for many bodies of water through Canada, particularly for those who enjoy exploring Canada’s wilderness offerings. I can well-imagine this solution might be effective in this very application. The application would certainly be justifiable, for appearances and otherwise.
September 29, 2008 at 3:43 am
Perhaps the solution can be rebadged and sold as a water treatment solution. Word of this would spread fairly quickly I’d imagine, and those requiring the solution would soon catch on.

That last post probably did not contain the correct link to the proper court proceeding; however, here is a news release video of the Win.

This type of attack from Health Canada has already been won in court by the defendants in Calgary, Alberta.
