MMS: The ‘Fit’ Has Hit the ‘Shan’

BARAHONA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – Fasten your seatbelts, because the MMS story is about to take the greatest roller coaster ride of its life. The FDA is following up its July 30, 2010 warning on the personal and discretionary use of chlorine dioxide with a vengeance, having picked out a sampling of MMS suppliers in the United States and Japan (yes, Japan), to begin a global dissuasion campaign that you can be sure, will be televised.

On the heels of their warning, a convoy of FDA agents appeared at PGL International (www.projectgreenlife.com), in Spokane, Washington, and their fulfillment house, intent on gathering “forensic” evidence of wrongdoing.

On the same day, on the other side of the world, agents from the Drug Regulation and Monitoring Agency, a unit of Japan’s Ministry of Health, visited an MMS supplier in Tokyo, while agents from the Health and Hygiene Agency made another impromptu call to a distributor in Osaka.

According to a reliable source, the tone of the Japanese encounters was decidedly different from those in Spokane. After three days of investigation, the FDA representatives made their objective very clear; a full recall of all MMS sold. To make the appearance of justification of wrongdoing and harm to the public complete, they were offering no consideration to the company owners.

The purpose of a recall isn’t so much about returning MMS to the suppliers, it would amount to an admission of wrongdoing, of harm having been done on the public (who the FDA is “protecting,”), for which some form of “punishment” would be in order. The Agency has been mobilized to make discrediting MMS a priority, facts and evidence to the contrary, be damned.

IF “wrong” had been done, if harm had been done, I would be in full agreement with the Agency. However, they appear, curiously to be inactive and disinterested in the harm that happens daily America, thanks to drugs that they have evaluated, collected very high application fees for, and approved. MMS’ major “sin,” according to the FDA is, (1) not having gone through the approval cycle, and (2) making fantastic (presumed to be false and fraudulent) claims for what they call unrelated conditions.

The question of whether the claims, reported, not by the MMS sellers, but by people who have used it, are true, has not been considered. If the claims are true, then it may mean that the diseases mentioned, are not unrelated.

The FDA wants to discredit MMS before enough people put “2 + 2” together and begin asking these questions.

I suspect that it is too late.

MMS is not the only “public domain” chemical on the block that can point to fantastic claims that are true. Dimethyl Sulfoxide, otherwise known as DMSO, is another which is backed by over 40 years of clinical research. It was first formulated by Dr. Stanley Jacob at the University of Oregon Medical School.

DMSO: Nature’s Healer, written by Dr. Morton Walker and published over 20 years ago, lists research that began in the late 1950’s, when DMSO, a non-toxic chemical derived from tree sap, was shown to have a multitude of beneficial properties as a beneficial solvent. For example, instead of prescribing an anticoagulant to stroke patients, that “thins” the blood so as to facilitate circulation through an obstructed passageway, DMSO, with its extraordinary penetration characteristics, would simply and safely dissolve the clot, without introducing new toxicity into the body.

The scope of research done on DMSO is extensive. Symposiums of medical professionals were convened, as doctors envisioned and exchanged ideas on how they could improve their craft. Except… the FDA granted only very limited approval.

You can buy DMSO in a feed store to rub down your horse, but there are precious few places where you can get knowledgeable advice on human use, other than in books and on the Internet.

Living clay – Calcium bentonite – is another natural, non-toxic substance that can bring relief to a wide range of ailments. (See www.aboutclay.com)

The FDA should be working in the public interest. However, their efforts should be based on incontrovertible facts. Their case against MMS doesn’t rest on such a basis.

Harm Has Actually Been Done?

The FDA’s warning claims “serious harm” from drinking MMS. They said that, when used as directed, it produces an industrial bleach that can cause harm to health.

Examples of harm that they mention include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and symptoms of severe dehydration. These are indeed results that some MMS users have reported, but MMS is growing in popularity because they also reported recovery from the real problem that they sought relief from. This stands in stark contrast to most medicines used today.

Multiple unrelated diseases?

The FDA warning lists claims to treat “multiple unrelated diseases,” which include HIV, hepatitis, the H1N1 flu virus, common colds, acne, cancer, and other conditions. The operative word here is “unrelated.” If the reports, submitted by actual MMS users, are true, and if there are other products that have shown a similar level of effectiveness against a wide range of pathologies, then perhaps these conditions are related in spite of FDA statements to the contrary. IF they are, then the question shifts back to the FDA, the medical system, and the entire industry that has operated under the dissection principle, where diseases are considered isolated conditions that warrant very specific, and oftentimes multiple, simultaneous (and expensive) treatments.

No Interest Shown in MMS’ benefits.

In coming out in a decidedly aggressive effort to stem any further growth of MMS, the FDA reveals a blatant bias in the absence of interest in its beneficial effects. Excuse me if I’m wrong, but the last time I checked, plans were still being made for another walk, run, bicycle ride, or concert to raise money for cancer research. Telethons are being done for Jerry’s Kids, and many other worthy causes. Chlorine is a chemical that is routinely introduced into the human body without one’s consent, as is fluoridation, through municipal water treatment systems. NO ONE, certainly not the FDA, has taken an unbiased look at the health effects of several generations of this practice. So the bias doesn’t really appear to be for the public, as the FDA claims in its warning. It actually seems to be working against us.

What can YOU do?

As I said at the end of my documentary, Understanding MMS: Conversations with Jim Humble, the MMS protocol appears to have properties that could be very useful to society, specifically due to the effects it has on water. No health claims are really necessary. No promises are needed. It’s become widely known public knowledge that water quality, and water treatment methods, are not producing optimal results, and may indeed be contributing to the state of human health. Yet, the damage associated with these practices still go unexamined, or unreported.

If you have credible information, good or bad, about MMS, I invite you to send it to: support@understanding-mms.com.

Additionally I’d like to produce a documentary on the subject, asking and answering the unasked questions on this timely and soon to be controversial subject.

That is great news on using MMS for the bees!!! Thanks for sharing!

The Project Green Life was taken down by the FDA for selling MMS this 2011 August. I don’t know if they will recover again.

We sell water purification drops — sodium chloride 28% as Jim Humble recommends. We are a small church and the solution is a church sacrament for health and wellness. Check us out here http://reikiranch.net.

  3. That’s too bad…. GOOD thing people can get the ingredients and still make MMS themselves.

And I have a supply of MMS that should last me a while.

Thanks for the tip on the DMSO.

In my opinion, if MMS was just a mediocre, not very effective, Why would the FDA come after MMS with a vengence, and try to stop the sale of MMS?
This should be a very good reference for everybody, for all who is using MMS, and for all who is opposing MMS .

I’ve taken it for 3 years and I have no aches or pains. My body is in the upper 60’s. I can work all day long on the farm. I’m over Lyme Disease.

I saw a friend in a wheel chair. I educated him about MMS and showed him how I used it myself. He went and got some. Three months later he was out of the wheel chair and very actively enjoying life. He was very grateful to have freedom of movement and better health!

Two people I know were told to have joint replacement surgery. They are now on the MMS or water purification drops and after a few weeks are walking better and have less pain.
I wonder if the Lyme disease spirochettes were eating up their knee joints, hip joints, shoulder joints, finger joints??? HUMMM???

Tell your friends about MMS. Don’t let it die with dis-information. Wake up and share the news!

  6. Michael

I bought it and used it for a little bit and hope its not true what they say…can it harm the organs?

    1. Michael,

No it will not harm organs. It will oxidize heavy metals, which DO harm organs.

      Regards,

      Adam…

I have thoroughly searched for ANY information on the “negative effects” of MMS/chlorine dioxide and guess what? I CAN’T FIND ANY. Sure, when taking it for the first time there is a bit of nausea and diarhea but that is expected and goes away after a few days. I did discontinue use after a week but if/when I come down with a serious illness I fully intend to see if MMS will help – AT MY OWN RISK.

WHAT ARE THE “SERIOUS NEGATIVE EFFECTS” of MMS use? Can anyone tell me? What is the justification the FDA is using to force this recall?

  8. You state that DMSO is a “public domain” chemical. Is that why it continues to be on the market today?

If sodium chlorite shares this classification this extra media attention could be just what we need to get the word out. If it becomes near as well known as DMSO many many people will benefit.

By the way, I just watched a youtube movie called “Sweet Misery” which documents the history of Aspertame. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-usbGZez40 and the dirty role the FDA played in getting it approved. These FDA guys are truely shameless. They are responsible for the deaths of countless through this one product alone…. just think how many others are out there.

    1. I have applied the concept of “public domain” to natural chemicals that merit consideration for the beneficial properties that they NATURALLY have. The FDA currently makes no distinction for these substances, holding anyone who would use them to the same level of scrutiny and proof as a laboratory concocted, patented, product. One rationale for dismissing DMSO was the inability to run double blind studies, due to its distinctive aroma. There’s no way you cannot know whether you’ve taken, or been given DMSO. So the many amazing results that were observed — from migraine headaches, to inflammation, to clearing of obstructed arteries, was essentially thrown in the garbage, leaving far inferior and more expensive medications, some of which began life as rat poison, behind.

How the FDA can justify approving rebranded RAT POISON for human application as an anticoagulant and dismiss non-toxic DMSO, or take actions against MMS, is beyond me.

      Regards,

      Adam…

The FDA is taking action against not just MMS, but all organic food farms, local farmers markets, original seed banks , original animal farms, vitamins. Only the genetically modified foods, vegetables and fruits will be legal eat.
This is in the FOOD SAFETY MODERATION ACT S 510
I think the government, the FDA, Monsanto, and the drug companies all got together now, to protect the people. There will be no more food freedom.
No more home gardens. Last year the First Lady inspired a lot of people to grow vegetables, but I think this Food Safety Moderation Act should inspire all and every American to grow organic vegatables and keep original seeds, and animals. And keep lots of MMS in the fridge, and DMSO, and vitamins.

      2. Gilgamesh

I think it is the S 510 FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT.
I wrote MODERATION , but it was in the previous post, but it is
        MODERNIZATION ACT.

    2. One more thought.

DMSO is on the market today because there is NO indication that it can be used on humans. That’s why you can buy it in a feed store to rub down your horse or cow. Yet, the clinical trials that were done in the 60’s through the turn of the century, were on human beings, and the results were astounding. PLUS, it is inexpensive!

DMSO is approved for treating interstitial cystitis, a bladder condition, in humans.

What the FDA says on their website:
Testing of DMSO continues for other purposes, such as scleroderma, arthritic conditions of joints, tendinitis, and bursitis. Studies of DMSO for possible use in mental illness have been concluded with no evidence that it is effective for that purpose. No definite conclusions have yet been drawn about DMSO’s usefulness in other conditions, such a spinal cord injuries and brain trauma. It has been reported that industrial grade DMSO, devoid of drug labeling, is being used for self treatment of arthritis and other disease conditions. The industrial grade product is not of the quality used for drug purposes and is not made under conditions that are necessary for the production of human drugs and protection of users. Side effects associated with its use include nausea, headache, and skin rash. Further, since DMSO is a “carrier” chemical, it could deliver harmful substances into the bloodstream, if they are present in impure DMSO through use on the skin.

      2. DMSO has been tested extensively and shown to be effective over the past 40 years and in FAR more applications than the FDA has given narrow approval for. All the while inferior and dangerous alternatives continue to masquerade and be offered to the human public as medicine. If you’re a horse, you can use DMSO though, available at all feed stores.

  9. Thanks for your constant and painstakingly research work into this important issue, Adam!!
We’ve been using MMS for some years now with excellent results on a number of different health problems, from skin cancer to the common flu, and have been advertising MMS with family and friends. Personally I don’t believe in “wars” against anything or anybody (in this case the FDA), I rather take the positive approach and opt for a widening and visible action to bring MMS knowledge to the biggest number of people… History teaches us that, no matter what entity is in power, they can’t control or beat masses!!
