On the Road Again, Canadian Style

EDMONTON, AB — I’ve been on the road extensively lately. Earlier this month I traveled to Montgomery, Alabama, then to Chicago. Upon returning home I took a quick 1,100 mile, 3-day drive to Southern California to conduct interviews in the Los Angeles area and Escondido. I headed back in time to spend a night at home and then head to Sedona, to cover the Raw Spirit Festival, and now I’m in the capital city of Alberta, in central Canada, to meet and interview several I’ve met over the past year.

Even as I write this, I’m preparing to check out of the downtown Marriott and drive to Calgary for a 10am interview with Dr. Dean Bonlie, who developed an device that further supports the truth that energy and consciousness is the new medicine, and the basis of the new paradigm in health recovery and sustainability. It’s a conversation that is sorely lacking among the presidential candidates, and even impacts the implosion in our financial system that occupies most minds around the world today.

As it is presently practiced, the health system has been, and is, a house of cards that too will fall under the weight of its own ineffectiveness, as it’s charter is not in integrity with its predominant results. Modalities that promote and facilitate health are not expensive, nor are they proprietary. Humans had ways to restore and maintain health long before pharmaceutical companies sprang on the scene. However, we’re several generations into an “amnesia state” that has seen us disconnect from Mother Earth and place our faith in Daddy Pharma, as supported by Uncle Fed, Cousin Insure, and Auntie Media.

Fortunately, there are ways to get healthy from virtually any state we may find ourselves or loved ones experiencing. However, we’ve got to do the homework, and be responsible for our own change. We also must be willing to look for, and at all possibilities, not with the intent to “prove” them right or wrong, but simply to determine whether they work for us. Finally, we must understand how our body works, seeing it, not in terms of a “disease” that it carries, but as a whole system that operates on a physical and energetic basis. Medicine ignores the energetic, which for most of us, are unseen, but is where the real change occurs.

Some of the exciting developments are products that address this unseen aspect of “who we are.” I’ve been having a wonderful time learning about them, even as more people learn about, and benefit from MMS, and now, DMSO.

I’ve got such a backlog of so many interviews that a one hour weekly radio show may no longer be sufficient. But that’s a question I’ll have to address at another time. image

At long last, this week’s Talk for Food radio show podcast is with Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief.

It will be online later today at www.webtalkradio.net. I’ll add the actual URL when I get to another place with internet access. (Can such things be done on a Blackberry?).

In terms of connections made and opportunities opened, my visit to Canada has been magical. Sometimes, it takes years to see the broad and consistently wonderful scope and intent of our life design. Indeed, perhaps I’m only seeing it now because I now have some years of experience under my belt. Yet, in spite of current fears to the contrary, I feel that I (and humanity) have many golden years remaining to enjoy this thing called life, and to make a positive difference for all.

Much more to come…
